Spring has sprung, and for us in Florida, that means temps are back into the 80s and the snowbirds are starting to head north once again. Things have been non-stop here at First Watch, and I’m excited to share what we’ve been working on with you!
Today, all our restaurants* started serving dishes from our new Spring menu. Don’t worry, our Million Dollar Bacon made the cut and is still available at First Watch nationwide! One of the dishes I’m totally pumped about from the new menu is our Asian Pork Belly Breakfast Bowl. My mouth started to water just typing that! Asian Pork Belly Breakfast Bowl
Asian-glazed pork belly, our quinoa, farro and brown rice ancient-grain blend, two cage-free sunny-side-up eggs, pickled daikon radish and carrot slaw, fresh jalapeño, cilantro and Sriracha. Bánh Mì in a bowl.

Smoked Salmon Tzatziki Toast
Wild Alaska Smoked Sockeye Salmon** atop our whole grain artisan toast with tzatziki cream cheese, English cucumbers, radish, red onion, Feta and fresh dill. Served with two basted cage-free eggs.
Lemon Blueberry Quinoa Pancakes
Three mid-sized blueberry quinoa pancakes topped with lemon blueberry butter and our housemade granola. Served with mixed berry compote and warm syrup.
And we can’t forget about the juice bar! Here’s what we’ll be juicing, fresh each day, at your favorite First Watch:
Granny Smith apple, celery, cucumber, lemon and coconut water.
