It’s summer menu time!

Great news – We’re starting off our summer with a mouthwatering new seasonal menu. We have created a combination of dishes that will make summer your favorite eating season, featuring three brand new entrees and a refreshing seasonal juice. It’s safe to say that there’s been no resting here at First Watch!

Maybe it’s the summer heat getting to me, or maybe it’s just because the magical combo of sweet cornbread, fresh avocado and slow-roasted savory pork is the most perfect blend of everything I crave all the time. Either way, I am really feeling our seasonal Cornbread Carnitas Bowl with cotija cheese, which is a strong, salty cow’s milk hard cheese from Mexico. MILLION DOLLAR BACON
Four slices of our signature hardwood smoked bacon baked with
brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne and a maple syrup drizzle.

SUMMER CRAB OMELET
Fresh crab, house-roasted corn and red peppers, Jack cheese and
scallions. Topped with hollandaise and Cholula®. Served with lemon dressed
organic mixed greens, whole grain artisan toast and all-natural preserves.

CORNBREAD CARNITAS BOWL
Savory pork carnitas and grilled cornbread topped with two poached cage-free eggs,
black beans, pico de gallo, Cotija cheese, fresh avocado, lime crema and fresh cilantro.

TRIPLE BERRY ACAI BOWL
Organic Sambazon Açai topped with fresh strawberries, blackberries, blueberries
and our house made granola. Served with whole grain artisan toast
topped with almond butter and Maldon sea salt.
